		<description>Hey.  Nice story.  I have to agree with the filmmaker on this one.  Horse and buggies don&#039;t belong on NYC streets anymore.   I walk my dog in a park across from one of the stables, and I see the miserable conditions that these horses work and live in.  Frankly, I don&#039;t understand why the fire department, building dept and department of health haven&#039;t shut this industry down already.</description>
